Terms of use

These terms apply to swissblockchain.io and the free “My Swiss Blockchain” member account. By creating an account you accept them.

Free membership

Membership is free. Ordinary news remains open to everyone. You must provide a valid email address you control and keep your password confidential. One account per person; automated or abusive use is not permitted and may lead to suspension.

Information only — no advice

News, market prices, watchlists, price alerts, personalised recommendations and any AI-assisted summaries are general information tools. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and are not recommendations to buy or sell any asset. Prices come from third-party providers, may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and alerts depend on polling intervals; they are not real-time trading signals.

Notifications

Alerts and notifications are delivered inside the website only. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. Essential account-security emails (address confirmation and password resets you request) are the only exception.

Your data and deletion

How we handle member data is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of information or alerts provided on this site. See also the legal disclaimer. Swiss law applies.
