Republish our work

We would like our reporting to be read more widely. Anything written by the Swiss Blockchain editorial desk may be republished on your website, newsletter or publication free of charge and without asking us first, provided you keep to the rules on this page. They apply to everything published on swissblockchain.io unless an article states otherwise.

What you can republish

• News reports, explainers and guides written by our editorial desk or contributors.
• Commissioned company profiles, labelled “Company Profile · Commercial Feature”. The text is ours to license; please republish the label and the disclosure note with it, so readers can see how the piece came about.
• The article text in full — summary, headings, body and source list.

What is not covered

Some material on this site is not ours to license, so please do not republish:

• Automated briefings. Items labelled “Automated briefing” are short summaries of somebody else’s reporting. The underlying text belongs to the original source — use or link to that source instead.
• Photographs, illustrations, graphics and logos. These are owned or licensed separately from the text. Publish your own images, or none.
• Event listings, market prices and other third-party data, and any material quoted or embedded from elsewhere.

How to republish

1. Copy the article text in full and leave it unaltered.
2. Publish the attribution line below, with a live link straight to the original article on this site.
3. Keep any correction notice, editorial note or disclosure label that appears with the article.

Use the article’s own address (the one in your browser when you read it), not the homepage, and do not block the link from search engines.

The conditions

• Text unchanged. You may shorten or reword the headline, and add your own introduction or context above or below the piece, but please do not edit the body text or change its meaning.
• Clear credit. The attribution line must be visible near the article, and the link must point directly to the original.
• Commissioned profiles keep their label. Republish the “Company Profile · Commercial Feature” label and the disclosure note exactly as they appear, so readers can see the piece was commissioned.
• No endorsement. Don’t present the article as your own reporting, don’t imply that we endorse your publication or product, and don’t use our name or logo as branding.
• No selling. Don’t sell the article itself or bundle it into a paid product without our written agreement. Ad-supported sites and free newsletters are fine.
• No bulk harvesting. Don’t scrape the site wholesale or use our text to train machine-learning models. Republish article by article.

Changes and withdrawal

We may withdraw permission for a particular article — for example if it is corrected, retracted or becomes the subject of a legal dispute — and will contact you if a copy needs to be removed or amended. Please do that promptly. Permission for other articles is unaffected.
